Read-only access

Bishop requests read-only scopes for mail and calendar. It cannot send, edit or delete anything in your mailbox.

Full email bodies are never stored

Bishop keeps the subject and a short preview to classify the event. The full body of your emails is never stored.

Identifiers are scrubbed before AI

Email addresses, user IDs and message IDs are removed before any text is sent for classification.

Never trained on your data

Bishop does not train models on your data. Classification runs per-event and is thrown away.

Nothing bills without a human

Every entry starts as a proposal. You approve or correct it; a finalized day is locked.

Every change is audit-logged

Approvals, corrections and reassignments are recorded with before-and-after state.

Tokens encrypted at rest

Access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, with keys held in a managed key vault. All traffic is over HTTPS.

Disconnect any time

Disconnect a provider whenever you like. Bishop’s access tokens are deleted immediately.
