Revised SHA draft - comments by Friday
1.6 hrReviewed revised share purchase agreement; marked up clauses 7–9 and circulated comments.
How it works
Sign in with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Read-only access to mail and calendar, nothing else.
Bishop syncs in the background every few minutes. Emails, meetings and attendance, captured as they happen.
Reviewed revised share purchase agreement; marked up clauses 7–9 and circulated comments.
One screen at the end of the day. Approve the obvious in one click; correct the rest in seconds. Nothing is billed without you.
Correspondence on May tribunal hearing dates and scheduling logistics.
Approved time resolves the right rate and exports to your billing system, as CSV, Excel, or LEDES98B.
Security & trust
Bishop reads through the providers’ own APIs, with read-only scopes. No desktop agent, no screen capture, no mailbox writes.
Bishop requests read-only scopes for mail and calendar. It cannot send, edit or delete anything in your mailbox.
Bishop keeps the subject and a short preview to classify the event. The full body of your emails is never stored.
Email addresses, user IDs and message IDs are removed before any text is sent for classification.
Bishop does not train models on your data. Classification runs per-event and is thrown away.
Every entry starts as a proposal. You approve or correct it; a finalized day is locked.
Approvals, corrections and reassignments are recorded with before-and-after state.
Access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, with keys held in a managed key vault. All traffic is over HTTPS.
Disconnect a provider whenever you like. Bishop’s access tokens are deleted immediately.
For firms
Passive capture catches the work that was never going to make it onto a timesheet. That is recovered revenue, not saved typing.
Every entry carries its source, its confidence and a full audit trail of edits, ready for a billing review.
Exports as CSV or LEDES98B into the billing system you already run. No rip-and-replace.
INR rates and Asia/Kolkata timekeeping by default, with a five-tier rate resolver from matter to firm default.
Read-only scopes, identifier scrubbing and approval-gated billing. A clean story for your risk committee.

Any time. Disconnecting a provider deletes Bishop’s access tokens immediately.
Meetings use the scheduled duration and real attendance reports from Teams or Meet where available. Email time is estimated, and you can adjust anything before approving.
Approved entries export as CSV, Excel or LEDES98B, with the rate resolved per matter, client, lawyer, level or firm default. INR is native.
