BishopBishop is built and operated by Nexno Lextech Private Limited. If something is broken, confusing, or you want to talk to us about a deployment, write to a human at one of the addresses below. There is no ticket portal and no login. Email reaches us directly.
Support and general queries#
Use this for anything to do with your account, a connected mailbox or calendar, the browser extension, the Office add-in, billing, or a classification Bishop got wrong. It is also the address for privacy questions and for exercising your rights under our Privacy Policy.
We read every message and reply as quickly as we can, usually within two working days.
Security and technical queries#
Use this to report a suspected vulnerability, a security concern, or anything that looks like a data handling problem. Please do not post security issues publicly before writing to us. Tell us what you found, how to reproduce it, and how you would like to be credited.
Grievance Officer#
Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, grievances about how we handle personal data go to:

We acknowledge grievances within the period required by law and resolve them within the prescribed timelines. Section 21 of the Privacy Policy sets this out in full.
What to include#
It helps us fix things faster if you tell us:
- Which surface the problem is on: the web app, the browser extension, the Office add-in, or a mail or calendar connection.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Roughly when it happened, and your firm or account name.
Please do not send us privileged client material, passwords, or API keys in a support email. We do not need them, and we would rather you did not have to trust an inbox with them.
